How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days for metro areas and 3–8 business days for regional areas. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days metro, 2–5 business days regional).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Orders under $100 have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

What makes RunX different from other gels?

RunX is the original Australian runner-built honey gel. Founded by three lifelong runner friends, our products use real Queensland honey — no maltodextrin, no artificial sweeteners, no fillers. Just clean, natural fuel that is easier on the gut than synthetic gels.

How many carbs per gel?

Each RunX Honey Gel contains 30g of carbohydrates per serve, designed to fuel endurance performance. Caffeine options are available with 60mg of caffeine per serve.

Is RunX suitable for sensitive stomachs?

Yes! Our honey-based formula is specifically designed to be easier on the gut than traditional synthetic gels. Many runners who experience GI distress with maltodextrin-based gels find RunX much more tolerable.

Where are your ingredients sourced?

Proudly Australian-sourced: Queensland honey, Lake Deborah salt from Western Australia, and Kakadu Plum from the Northern Territory. Made in Australia, for Australian runners.

Who founded RunX?

RunX was founded by three lifelong friends who are runners themselves. They built RunX because they could not find a clean, natural, Australian-made energy gel that worked for them — so they made one.
